| As the third member of
the original team, Beverly has 25 years of experience in property
management and accounting. At Proterra, she handles all property
management, accounting and financial reporting. She is also involved
in coordinating the leasing and management of the owned and
managed properties with the goal of maximizing value and cash
flow.
Before joining Mark and Mike to
form Proterra Properties, Beverly spent most of her career with
the Vantage Companies. Early, as Controller, she was responsible
for all the real estate accounting functions for approximately 250
managed properties - comprising 25 million square feet located in
Dallas, Denver, Chicago, and Minneapolis. She spent the latter
part of her career in asset management, where she provided due
diligence for acquisitions of $100 million worth of industrial
properties. In addition, she was also responsible for overseeing
property management, leasing and financial reporting for 7 million
square feet of industrial properties in Dallas/Fort Worth and
Houston markets.
Beverly is a licensed real estate
representative in Texas and is a Certified Property Manager. She attended the University of Texas
at Arlington and is an active member of the Institute of Real
Estate Management. |
