| As Vice President of
Proterra Properties, Inc., Bryan oversees the financial affairs
and property management operations in Houston for nearly 2.5
million square feet of industrial property and serves as the
construction manager for Houston development. In addition, he's
actively involved with seeking out additional development and
acquisition opportunities in the Houston marketplace.
Prior to joining the company, Bryan
served as Executive Vice President and CFO of Vantage Houston,
Inc., an independent commercial real estate firm. While there, he
ran the day-to-day management, financial and administrative
operations of the company. And with the help of his leadership,
the company grew to manage over 6 million square feet and
developed approximately 500,000 square feet of industrial
property. Bryan has also held the position of Vice President at
First City Bancorporation within the company's real estate
department.
Bryan is a Certified Public
Accountant and a licensed real estate representative in Texas. His
education includes an MBA in Business Administration and a BS in
Biology from the University of Texas. |
