| With close to 20 years
of experience in the real estate business, Dan serves as the
company's Marketing Director for the Dallas/Fort Worth area. In
this capacity, he handles leasing for over 2.5 million square feet
of property, investment property sales and sourcing of development
and investment opportunities.
Previously, Dan worked as a real
estate broker, assisting clients in leasing, acquisition and
disposition of over 10 million square feet of properties. The
majority of his experience was gained working with industrial
properties. In addition, he has served as a Construction
Manager/Field Engineer for Midway Development Company where he managed
the development of several office and industrial buildings in the
Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Dan is a licensed Texas real estate
broker and has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of
Texas at Austin. |
